Update on Van(almost 5 months!)

Finding Van's new doctor is a HUGE success! Ron and I feel much more @ ease with him. Vanny is scheduled to have surgery on 11.3. The doctor says, though, that there is 40% chance that once they can view the obstruction thru a scope, that it will be something that he can grow out of and he will not do the surgery. He also told us that Van could stop taking his antibiotics-which he has been on since he was born! This is awesome, though Vanny misses his "bubble gum", I think. VPK and I will be in the hospital for 1-2 nights. Hopefully Van starts eating after surgery, apparently this can be a problem. We really feel that he is in good hands with this man though, and that ultimately God is in control.
